Buying a bike online can be daunting. Traditionally, the customer is delivered a large cardboard box with a half-built bike that they are expected to build and test themselves. Flamme Rouge are challenging this with a ‘white glove’ bike delivery service.
Friendly and skilled technicians expertly build and hand deliver complete bicycles to their customers. Through an explainer video, photography and associated infographics, we help Flamme Rouge promote this service.
Concurrently to the explainer video, we produced a full suite of matching photography for Flamme Rouge to use in all their printed material, website, email marketing etc.
