Sea Cadets UK | Volunteer Welcome Message

Volunteers are the beating heart of the Sea Cadets organisation. A team almost 9,000-strong across the nation, it is important to make newcomers feel welcome and that they are a part of something special. We created an introductory welcome video from the Captain of the organisation - Neil Downing RN - to be shared as part of the onboarding and training process.
